The Vidi head coach previews Saturday's away league match at Paks.
"It is always difficult playing at Paks. They are capable of making things very difficult for any side on their own pitch. They have a good manager and their squad is made up of good players. They also have their own playing style, which is all thanks to their manager. It was difficult to get over our defeat to them in the spring, but we did not lose our heads and continued to focus and reached our target, which was to win the league. There are so many games in this period as we play on three important fronts. We are literally playing a match every three days. Sometimes we do not know where we are, bus, plane, training pitch or in the stadium.... Perhaps we have slept more in hotel rooms than at home (laughter..). However, this is the life of a football team and I feel that we have now got used to this. We need to find the method to win our game against Paks, which is an important game for us. I am sure that we are ready for the game fitness wise, which is not a problem. Our mental state could be the deciding factor and key. When our own players are stable and organised and play with discipline, then I am confident about the game and believe in my players. When this is missing from our game, the problems arise. We will need to be 100% focused throughout and carry out what we discuss and fight for each other at Paks" - commented manager Marko Nikolic ahead of the 17:00pm kick off.
