The two managers gave their reaction shortly after the final whistle on Saturday.
Marko Nikolic:
"I do not want to use big words. We won and we collected an important 3 points to continue to top the league table. There is still plenty of the season remaining so we will be working each day to reach our target. I felt that we were the better side and we created many chances in the first half. We controlled the game and things became easier for us after the home keeper was sent off. I am still not totally satisfied with our conversion of chances ratio. We could have settled the match earlier and scored more goals this evening. The positive is that we did not concede a goal. I want to thank the supporters who followed us to Kaposvar to give their backing to the team."
The press conference included a question regarding Mate Patkai returning to the side ahead of Hungary's qualifier with Wales in the coming international break.
"Mate is a very important member of the team. He played the whole game on what was a heavy pitch. He showed plenty of energy and performed well. If the question is whether he is ready to play for the national team: I can say that he is but naturally it is not my job to decide."
Disztl László:
"It is hard for me to begin my summary. I have to start with the fact that we gifted Vidi two big presents at the start of the game. I am thinking here about the penalty and the sending off. We cannot afford such errors. The penalty and sending off resulted in Vidi playing confidently. We did not really feel that we had a chance of levelling when the score was 0-1. We did have some chances from set-pieces but they did not go in. The second goal came from an individual mistake, which was yet another gift to the opponents. We worked hard today and gave plenty to get a good result. We made mistakes at the back and we did not have any luck in front of goal. We ended up with zero points despite the hard work."
