Loic Nego scored close to the end before DVTK levelled a minute later on Saturday evening.
Match 25 of the OTP league season saw DVTK visit the MOL Arena Sosto. The match was played behind closed doors together with the rest of the fixtures in Hungary. Manager Joan Carrillo started with the following side: Kovácsik - Nego, Musliu, Stopira, Hangya - Houri, Pátkai - Funsho, Hodzic, Petryak - Nikolic.
Vidi had a chance right at the start with Petryak going down the left and shooting from a tight angle. Visiting keeper Danilovic produced a good save. Ivanovski had an effort but Vidi's defence was well placed to cope with it. Petryak sent in a cross on 11 minutes, which Stopira headed wide of the goal from 7 meters. Nikolic found himself with a chance after 18 minutes. The ball going through the legs of Danilovic, but a defender raced back to clear off his own goal line. A move after 27 minutes ended with Hodzic shooting straight at the DVTK keeper from 16 meters. The rebound just failing to have Nikolic turning it in to the back of the net. Rui Pedro shot at goal when virtually lying on the floor, but Kovacsik dealt with the danger. Houri fed Nego with a good pass close to half time, and he dribbled before hitting a left footed shot towards the near post, but Danilovic was again in the right place. The two sides went in at the break with the score at 0-0.
The second half began with a shot from Funsho, that was not powerful and Danilovic collected it. A minute later and Hodzic and Nikolic combined before the Bosnian forward shot at goal, but a defender managed to get his foot to it and it went over for a corner. Patkai sent a powerful shot at goal after 58 minutes, but it rolled wide of the target. Ivanovski found himself with a chance on goal and it ended with a great save from Kovacsik. Hardly a minute later and the action was at the other end with Danilovic needing to save well to deny Petryak. Hasani sent his free kick on 63 minutes from 30 meters towards the top right corner, but Kovacsik was equal to it and managed to get his hand to it. Vidi were reduced to 10 men after 69 minutes when the winger picked up his second yellow card.
Patkai curled a lovely shot from 22 meters at goal, with the ball going just over the top left corner after 81 minutes. Vidi went ahead despite playing with one man less after 88 minutes. Nego finding the ball at his feet inside the box and he did well to pick out the right corner (1-0).
The lead did not last long and the visitors levelled after 90 minutes. A free kick landed in the box and Tabakovic pounced to score from 6 meters. (1-1).
The 3 minutes of injury time did not produce any goals and the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
