Bartosz Grzelak and the home team's acting head coach, Szilárd Desits, spoke after the final whistle.
Bartosz Grzelak:
"We started the game nervously, which affected our play in the first half, we got discouraged and couldn't take the initiative, we couldn't change from defence to attack. Vasas played better for most of the first half, especially in the middle. The half time break was good for us, in the second half we played more offensively and with more confidence, we had chances around the penalty area, which with a bit of luck could have been more chances to score. Today we were down on our luck and lacked the extra flashes to win the game. In the second half of the game, Vasas didn't have any serious chances, so overall I can say that we were closer to victory. It was very important that we managed to recover for the last two rounds of the season, and I would highlight the team as a whole and the team spirit in fighting for the right to stay up."
Desits Szilárd:
"I think we deserved to win based on the way we played in the first half. But in the second half we kept losing, the opponent was able to get the better of us and impose their will on us, I would rate that as a draw. Overall, this match was like the last eight: the team tried to live up to expectations both mentally and in terms of play, and there were many periods today when we were able to play well."
