Simut Mario Lucas was born on 23rd September 2003 in Oradea. The 186 cm tall player was introduced to youth football in his hometown, initially playing for Soimii Oradea and later for two other local clubs, FC Bihor and Viitorul Oradea.
In 2017, he moved to Long Lane JFC in England and then played for Welling United FC. He also trained and played in friendly matches for West Ham United's youth team, but ultimately failed to sign for the London club due to administrative reasons.
In January 2022, he was signed by second division side Szombathelyi Haladás, where he played 48 NB II league matches in the last two years, scoring 4 goals and providing 3 assists.
