José Gomes on the new date for the Haladas match

The Hungarian FA have decided to play the recent postponed league matches on the 10th April. The recent bad weather forced the complete cancellation of league matches, after heavy snow hit Hungary. The new date has been set, taking into consideration the TV coverage of those games.

Videoton will have a difficult series of games at the beginning of April. They will travel to Diosgyőr on the 7th April, before making another long journey in the opposite direction, just three days later, when they head west to replay the Haladas match.The busy week will be completed with the important away league match at Győri ETO.

"We have always known that we have a very difficult spring season, which will see us play away from home eight times. The start of April will be tough for us, with the team playing three away games in a short period of time, but football is like this, and we must not get down because of this, but prepare as best we can for the task in hand" - said manager José Gomes.
