The MOL Vidi captain looks back on Saturday's away win against Bp. Honved.
"There were very few chances in a long game, which saw us dominate the outfield game. I am not sure that this was the prettiest game of the season, but we all put in so much work for this win on the pitch. We picked up a very important 3 points and these kinds of wins are the most precious. We did not give up and fought until the final minute for the win. In the end Szabolcs Huszti unmercifully scored the winning goal. It has been a difficult but successful week. We made it past Ferencvaros in the cup on Wednesday evening and have now beaten Honved away.
We asked the captain about his thoughts on what was being shouted from the stands?
"I was a little bit surprised at just how much of a hostile atmosphere we played in. The PA system did not give out any warnings to the home supporters. Naturally we are all used to this and the fact that opposing supporters shout abuse towards me. A professional footballer needs to be able to shut this out. I am old enough and have played in enough games to untie all of this during games. I feel a little sorry for my mother, but sadly this somehow belongs to football. We won 1-0 so this is the most important." - explained Roland Juhasz.
