The teams started with a lot of battles in the middle of the pitch, with the home side having a slight advantage in those duals. Then in the 11th minute Stefanelli did well on the ball as he shook off his marker who was trying to tackle, and then picked out Holender, whose shot was pushed away by Szappanos. The match livened up, in the 13th minute Könyves broke alone on goal, Dala closed the angle well and saved the chance with a smart stop.

In the 21st minute, Könyves was again in a position, which was again saved by Dala, but it was of no consequence as the referee awarded a free kick for a foul. The atmosphere was good and the fans gave their best. Another chance for Paks followed, Ádám's header was cleared from under the bar by Dala, who looked really confident in the visiting goal.

Könyves was unable to continue due to injury, and was replaced by Tóth Barna, who did not hesitate, after a corner as he flicked the ball on dangerously, luckily the ball was too high for the oncoming Windecker. Near the end of the first half, at the end of a fast counterattack, Katona turned to Stefanelli, whose shot was blocked by Szappanos, and then Ádám's headed ball was hit by Tóth Barna from 3 meters but it did not find the target.

At the break neither head coach made any changes. The second half started with a goal for Vidi: Pető made a good break inside the penalty area and scored with a neat low finishl - unfortunately the goal was disallowed for offside. A quick counter-attack by Fehérvár followed, at the end of which Serafimov, who was well placed, found himself in position but shot over from a sharp angle.

It was a pity for the missed chances, in the 57th minute after a corner kick from Paks, Lenzsér poked the ball into the net from close range (1-0). The Green-Whites came back to life, putting serious pressure on our goal, fortunately the deficit did not grow.

Tamás Pető tried to shake up his team with substitutions, Simut came on, then Babos and Saponjics. Stefanelli, also very active today, tried his best but was unsuccessful. In the second half, Vidi created a series of chances: Patrik Kovács could have scored a minute after coming on, but Saponjics' rebound was flicked over the goal, then Huszti bombed in from the right, Szappanos saved, and the rebound again fell to Patrik Kovács, but it went over the top.

A Saponjic header was left at the end, and then the home team got the final goal: a cross from the wing was headed into the net by Böde, but Dala could only tap the ball in (2-0). Paks, who made better use of their chances, won the match 2-0.
